There is no time-limited trial. The Free plan is free for as long as you use it, with no credit card, so you can try the whole quote-to-payment workflow first. When you upgrade, the paid plan starts and is billed from that day.
Every account starts on Free. Upgrade any time from Settings > Billing; Stripe Checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.
Yes. Once subscribed, upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are handled in the Stripe billing portal, opened from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
Subscriptions are paid through Stripe with any major credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
No subscription extras. When your customers pay you by card through i-quote, Stripe charges its standard processing fee, and i-quote adds no platform fee of its own. Card payments are optional: payments you record yourself carry no fee.
You are asked to upgrade before creating another invoice or quote that month. Existing documents keep working, your customers can still view and pay them, and the count resets at the start of each month.
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel in the Stripe billing portal from Settings > Billing; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free with your data intact.
